Kingsand is an historical fishing village situated in the Rame Peninsula. The village is situated in an area of great nautral beauty, with secluded beaches, beautiful scenery and wonderful walks. The village is unspoilt by time and you will find old cottages, narrow streets, pubs, restaurants and shops. In addition it is the perfect place for swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, water skiing or just enjoying the sunshine at the beach.

Kingsand is a tranquil place, where you can relax away from all the hustle and bustle of modern life.

There is plenty to do in the area: boating, sea angling, bird watching, hiking, playing golf at the St Mellion Golf Course, Looe Down Golf Course or Whitsand Bay Golf Course, horse riding and old churches to visit. There are parks and gardens to explore and you can follow the Cornish Coastal path through Edgcumbe Park and enjoy a nice lunch in the pub. In addition you can visit Antony House and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Kingsand is the perfect place for a sea side holiday without the crowds!
